Community Gardens are available for rent on the History Center's grounds. FEE: $50 per plot includes water available and the Olmsted County Master Gardners are on hand to share their expertise and guidance for those new and old to gardening. Financail assistance available to those who qualify. Contact Janet at the History Center for details and for rental opportunity. Funding provided through a grant from the Olmsted County Public Health Department.

Vintage Base Ball Festival

Fifty minute matches on the hour 9 am - 5 pm
Concessions, silent auction, dunk tank, Children’s games and activities, Bob Showers will be at the Festival to sign his new book "The Twins at the Met". The book is a collection of hundreds of photos from the Twins 21 seasons at Metropolitan Stadium along with recollections and candid comments by players and staff. This is a great chance to visit with Bob and share experiences or learn more about your favorite players. Horse drawn carriage rides, and more...
Books will be available to purchase at the event and proceeds will benefit the History Center.
