As you enter the History Center, you’ll find a plethora of gift items available related to Olmsted County and its history, from books and videos about Mayo Clinic to locally crafted cards and postcards. Many of the items offered in our gift shop are often related to current exhibits or historic Mayowood, so be sure to check out the shop after you tour the museum and house and bring part of the exhibit experience home with you!
For the out-of-town visitor, we have hard to find Rochester, Minnesota, souvenirs, like magnets, postcards, and keychains that are great mementos to remember your time in our wonderful area.
Our quaint shop also offers used books and magazines on a variety of topics and vintage photographs, postcards, and artifacts, all at a generously discounted price.
Don’t forget to stop in during the winter holidays as we offer everything from ornaments to winter apparel. Our kids’ items and stocking stuffers are a great way to introduce history to any child in a fun and interactive way. You’ll find unique ideas for any occasion here!
